Kamalahassan and Asin was joined and acted in the film by name Dasavadhaaram which has given a super hit, now they both joining in a new film Indo-Japan produced movie the title of this film is ’19Steps’.

In this film ‘19Steps’ Asin and Kamalahasan both don’t love each other. Asin perform in this film as princess of a small kingdom. A Japanese actor comes to Kerala to learn ‘Kalari’ and fell love with Asin. In ‘19 steps’ film kamalahassan act as her Combat technique teacher from whom she learns ’Kalari’. The shooting of the film is in kerala where the three language project features many others renowned artists from India and Japan.
